This exploration into California Chardonnay begins with respect in the vineyard, treating each vine as the beginning of an untold story. Grapes are harvested at their peak, carefully pressed, then fermented in a combination of oak and steel. With an approach of subtlety in the use of malolactic fermentation, our chardonnay yields a character of delicate cream, toasted bread and exotic vanilla; giving way to a light mineral finish with a hint of citrusy acid.
